近日，环境保护部发布了《化学品环境风险“十二 五”规划》。规划提出到2015年，要基本建立化学品环境风险管理制度体系，大幅提化学品环境风险管理能力，行业、控企业和控化学品环境风险控水平。

规划根据环境风险来源和风险类型的不同，三种类型58种（类）化学品作为“十二 五”期间环境风险。在行业方面，规划“十二 五”期间将以石油加工、炼焦及核燃料加工业，化学原料及化学制品制造业，制造业，化学纤维制造业，有色金属冶炼和压延加工业，纺织业等六大行业以及煤制油、煤制/气、煤制烯烃、煤制二甲醚、煤制等新型煤化工产业为行业。
